The 2023 Conference on Overseas Chinese Pioneering And Developing (HCH) was held at the Wuhan East Lake International Conference Center on the afternoon of the 16th, with a special session for"Double Excellence Recommendation" in Wuhan.
創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)，離不開(kāi)科技項(xiàng)目、創(chuàng)新人才的支撐。武漢市委常委、統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部部長(zhǎng)胡勇政表示，近年來(lái)，武漢統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線部署實(shí)施“雙優(yōu)引薦”行動(dòng)，舉全市統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線之力，集全市統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線之智，引薦優(yōu)質(zhì)項(xiàng)目、引薦優(yōu)秀人才和研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，努力推動(dòng)武漢經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線各單位、各部門競(jìng)相行動(dòng)，統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)成員廣泛參與，取得階段性成效，共獲取項(xiàng)目信息209條，簽約項(xiàng)目105個(gè)，簽約金額780.517億元；獲取人才信息62條，研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)信息21條，積極為武漢市高質(zhì)量發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。
Innovation driven cannot be separated from the support of technological projects and innovative talents. Hu Yongzheng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, stated that in recent years, the Wuhan United Front has deployed and implemented the"Double Excellence Recommendation" action, leveraging the strength of the city's united front, gathering the wisdom of the city's united front, recommending high-quality projects, excellent talents, and research and development teams, and striving to promote high-quality economic and social development in Wuhan. All units and departments of the united front are competing to take action, with extensive participation from united front members, achieving phased results. A total of 209 project information has been obtained, 105 projects have been signed, and the signed amount is 78.0517 billion yuan; Obtaining 62 pieces of talent information and 21 pieces of research and development team information, actively contributing to the high-quality development of Wuhan City.
厚植桑梓情，共繪同心圓。武漢市委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部副部長(zhǎng)、市工商聯(lián)黨組書記程春生表示，所選取的這些項(xiàng)目和人才團(tuán)隊(duì)，只是統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線廣大成員“雙招雙引”成效的部分代表，充分說(shuō)明統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)系統(tǒng)圍繞中心、服務(wù)大局，大有可為。希望更多的華僑華人和各界人士，了解武漢“雙招雙引”的真心誠(chéng)意和政策舉措，感受武漢熱潮涌動(dòng)、加速發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大氣場(chǎng)，走進(jìn)武漢、看好武漢、深耕武漢。

本次專場(chǎng)活動(dòng)由武漢市委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部（市僑務(wù)辦公室）、武漢市工商聯(lián)、武漢產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展研究院承辦，共有來(lái)自省市級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、院士學(xué)者、華僑華人專業(yè)人士、僑商及港澳臺(tái)代表人士，“雙優(yōu)引薦”工作成員單位負(fù)責(zé)人，民營(yíng)企業(yè)代表等200余人參會(huì)。
This special event was organized by the United Front Work Department of the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee (Municipal Overseas Chinese Affairs Office), Wuhan Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Wuhan Industrial Innovation and Development Research Institute. More than 200 participants including provincial and municipal leaders, academicians and scholars, overseas Chinese professionals, overseas Chinese businessmen, representatives from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, leaders of member units of the"Double Excellence Recommendation" work, and representatives of private enterprises attended the event.
